Through digital management and control, the whole process of procurement demand, order progress and arrival acceptance is traceable, and strict incoming inspection standards are implemented to ensure that the quality of core components such as motors and electrical components meets the requirements. A quarterly performance evaluation system is established to dynamically optimize cooperation from the dimensions of quality qualification rate, on-time delivery rate and service response speed. After multi-level review and approval, the standardized procurement process is initiated. At the same time, Haifeng Automation has established a strict quality management system covering the entire procurement process, including technical standards for customized equipment procurement, traceability management of core components, dynamic control of low-value consumables and professional warehousing specifications for equipment spare parts.
