In the same year, the first-generation needle valve type polyurethane casting head was successfully developed and obtained a national patent. The second-generation needle valve type polyurethane casting head was successfully developed and obtained a national patent. Compared with the first-generation product, the second-generation casting head achieved an all-round performance leap: the discharge precision was improved by 40%, the response speed was increased by 30%, the sealing performance was enhanced by 50%, and the service life was extended to 2.5 times that of the original product. At the same time, the product innovatively adopted a modular design, which greatly reduced maintenance difficulty and later costs, could adapt to various specifications of polyurethane raw materials, and significantly expanded the scope of application.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
