Multi-flow independent and precise metering system 

Two-component synchronous control: two sets of independent high-precision metering units (A1/B1, A2/B2), flow rate error ≤ ±1.0%, ensuring the stability of the ratio of raw materials of different colors/densities.

Millisecond switching technology: the patented switching valve inside the mixing head realizes seamless material switching within 0.3-0.8 seconds to avoid cross contamination between layers. 

Flexible structural design capability 

Multi-layer compounding process: supports complex configurations such as vertical layering (e.g., hard sole layer + soft top layer for shoe soles), horizontal zoning (e.g., seat support zone + comfort zone), or core-shell structure (hard core and soft shell). 

Gradient transition control: Interface thickness can be precisely adjusted within 0.5-20mm to achieve smooth gradient or sharp cut-off of hardness/color. 

Intelligent production management

Recipe storage in the cloud: support one-click call of 500 groups of process recipes, including material parameters, casting trajectory and layer thickness setting. 3D path planning: design pouring sequence through visualized interface, adapt to the complex filling needs of shaped molds. 

Real-time quality monitoring: Sensors dynamically monitor temperature, pressure and flow rate, abnormal data are automatically alarmed and recorded for traceability.
