Equipped with high-precision sensors and programmable control logic, it integrates five core modules: multi-joint industrial robot, special spraying gun, release agent supply system, mold identification & positioning system and intelligent control system, with repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm. It replaces traditional manual spraying to deliver precise release agent application, flexibly adapts to die-casting, injection molding, polyurethane molding and other molds, and supports customized adjustment of spraying trajectory, coverage, flow rate and atomization parameters.
