This high-temperature elastomer foaming machine is a professional foaming and molding equipment independently developed by Haifeng Automation for high-temperature-resistant elastomer materials. The whole machine adopts a high-temperature-resistant design with excellent material adaptability and process flexibility. It achieves uniform material foaming through high-pressure turbulent mixing and multi-zone precise temperature control, ensuring stable and controllable finished product quality. The equipment can complete the foaming and molding of high-temperature-resistant silicone rubber, fluororubber, EPDM and other materials, and the produced products have outstanding heat resistance, elasticity and mechanical stability.
