This machine is suitable for manufacturing various single-color and dual-color insoles, including PU memory insoles, slow/high rebound insoles, antibacterial breathable insoles, shoe midsole inserts, shock absorption pads, arch supports, medical orthopedic insoles and health care functional insoles.It can flexibly adapt to MDI and TDI systems, as well as rigid and flexible foaming systems, covering the full range of manufacturing needs from daily comfort insoles to professional medical orthopedic insoles.It adopts pouring process: the mixed PU raw material is directly poured into open or semi-closed molds. After reaction and curing, the insole blank is taken out of the mold, and finished products can be obtained after cooling and trimming.

Insole orders are generally characterized by small batches, multiple colors and frequent material switching. This machine is equipped with a low-residue mixing head and quick cleaning valve group, which requires less cleaning agent and fewer flushing cycles during color change. It only takes 3-5 minutes to complete color and material system switching, reducing cleaning time and raw material waste by 30%-50% compared with general-purpose equipment.
Special Anti-Clogging Design, Ensures Stable Continuous Production
Insole production features small single injection volume, fast production cycle and frequent equipment start-stop, and ordinary equipment is prone to clogging caused by cured residual material in the mixing head. This machine adopts a self-cleaning needle valve injection head and low-residue flow channel design, which automatically scrapes off residual material in the mixing chamber after each injection. Matched with micro-flow closed-loop control, it ensures ratio accuracy under small injection volume and effectively reduces scrap rate caused by clogging.
