This equipment is a high-temperature casting machine specially designed for the casting MC nylon process using caprolactam, sodium hydroxide, TDI, etc. as chain extenders. It is mainly used to produce MC monomer nylon products with sodium hydroxide as the chain extender.

Adopts medium-low speed gear pumps with high precision (error only 0.5‰-1‰) and high temperature resistance (450℃), equipped with constant temperature device and static pressure balance device, effectively eliminating flow errors and ensuring accurate material ratio and stable system pressure. The mixing unit adopts patented special sealing to prevent material backflow and cross-contamination during high-speed operation, ensuring stable and reliable mixing.
Energy-saving & environment-friendly temperature control system
Adopts energy-saving heater system, solving the problem of easy oxidation and carbon deposition in traditional heat transfer oil channels, more eco-friendly. Equipped with multi-point temperature sensors and digital temperature controllers, it realizes automatic precise temperature control with temperature error ≤±2℃, and has auxiliary heating and heat preservation functions, saving power and time while ensuring raw materials work at the optimal temperature.
Efficient automatic cleaning system
Equipped with programmable automatic cleaning device, through the sequential operation of "air flushing → liquid cleaning → rotating air flushing → stopping air flushing", it can thoroughly clean the mixing chamber without residual cleaning fluid, ensuring normal operation of the equipment in the next production cycle and reducing manual maintenance.
Complete vacuum and protection system
Integrated screw vacuum pump and vacuum buffer tank, which can defoam, degas and dehydrate raw materials to ensure no bubbles and moisture in raw materials. Equipped with an isolation tank to protect the vacuum pump from direct waste liquid intrusion and prolong service life. Meanwhile, the system is equipped with over-pressure alarm, upper and lower temperature limit protection functions to prevent equipment damage.
