1. Superior Tire Performance & Low Reject Rate

Specially optimized for high-hardness and high-filling PU solid tire systems, finished tires deliver excellent puncture and cut resistance, meeting complex ground requirements of various vehicles. Service life is over 20% longer than ordinary tires. High-precision metering pump with patented mixing head ensures ±0.5% ratio accuracy, completely eliminating material shortage and hardness inconsistency caused by ratio imbalance.

2. Vacuum Auxiliary Defoaming, Zero-Porosity Tire Cross-Section

Micro air bubbles trapped during raw material mixing will seriously reduce wear resistance and tear strength of solid tires. This machine can be equipped with tank vacuum degassing module and mixing head negative pressure defoaming system, which significantly reduces air content in mixed materials. The finished tire cross-section has no visible pores, effectively improving first-pass yield.

3. Strong Flexible Production Capacity

Wide flow range adjustment supports different size tire production. By replacing metering pumps, one machine can adapt to products from small car spare tires to heavy-duty forklift tires without purchasing additional equipment, providing high investment flexibility.

4. Intelligent Full-Chain Temperature Control, Consistent Batch Quality

PU solid tires are highly sensitive to mold temperature; excessive temperature difference causes bubbles or uneven curing. This machine adopts full-chain closed-loop temperature management from raw material storage to pouring outlet: independent tank circulation temperature control system, insulated pipeline water jacket for heat compensation, and dedicated mixing head temperature control channel. Temperature difference is strictly controlled within ±1℃, eliminating internal pores, hardness drift and appearance color difference caused by seasonal or workshop temperature changes, ensuring consistent quality of every batch of solid tires.

5. High Automation & Easy Operation

Equipped with PLC control system, optional remote networking function enables quick fault diagnosis. Automatic monitoring and alarm system triggers alerts for abnormalities. Integrated automatic cleaning and air purge functions reduce manual maintenance workload and improve operational efficiency.
