The equipment features a stable metering accuracy of ≤±1.0%, paired with dual-component metering pumps and an adjustable speed range, enabling precise control of raw material ratios to ensure consistency and yield of KPU products.

The mixing head speed reaches up to 8600 r/min, providing powerful high-shear mixing to blend components A and B more evenly and react fully, ensuring the surface finish and physical properties of the products.

The whole machine adopts an integrated PC + touchscreen control system with intuitive and convenient operation. It supports remote interface expansion for production data monitoring and remote equipment maintenance, improving production management efficiency.

Equipped with an automatic solvent cleaning system, the equipment can quickly clean the pipelines and mixing head, effectively preventing clogging caused by residual raw materials, reducing maintenance costs and extending service life.
