[소개] Premixing stations operate fully automatically to process PUR components with filler materials, such as glass fibers, barytes, expandable graphite or melamine. The filler materials are fed in the desired concentration from containers, into the premixing tank, where they are mixed with the PUR component.

제품 구조

The Haifeng premixing station system operates on a fully automated, batch-based principle designed to handle shear-sensitive materials gently:

1. Liquid Dosing: The heated mixing tank is filled with the liquid component (polyol). The volume is precisely controlled by the volumetric flowmeter.

2. Solid Metering: Simultaneously or sequentially, the bucket wheel airlock rotates to feed the exact amount of solid filler from the hopper into the tank, following the programmed recipe.

3. Gentle Mixing: The wall-mounted agitator distributes the graphite in the polyol. Unlike standard mixers, it is programmed for specific speeds: higher speeds during filling for dispersion and lower speeds for homogenization. This ensures the fragile graphite flakes are not shattered by shear forces, preserving their flame-retardant properties.

4. Discharge & Cleaning: Once mixed, the feed pump transports the material to the production line. The system can also execute a fast counter-rotation of the agitator to clean the tank automatically.
