What are your delivery time and payment terms?
Our standard delivery time is 30 days after receiving the 30% T/T deposit. The remaining 70% T/T balance is required before delivery. For fully customized automated lines, the lead time will be evaluated based on the project layout. We provide machine testing videos before the final payment.
How do you handle overseas installation and commissioning?
We provide comprehensive support: 1. We supply all technical documentation and layout plans in English. 2. We can dispatch senior engineers to your factory for installation and training. The buyer covers travel, accommodation, and a daily allowance. 3. Alternatively, we offer remote video guidance for standard models.
