We utilize a dual-stage degassing system. The machine features a high-speed mixing head (6000-10000 r/min) combined with a vacuum environment of ≤-0.095 MPa. This ensures that air is thoroughly extracted during the casting process, resulting in a dense, mirror-smooth coating.

Our standard delivery time is 30 days after receiving the 30% T/T deposit. The remaining 70% T/T balance is required before delivery. For fully customized automated lines, the lead time will be evaluated based on the project layout. We provide machine testing videos before the final payment.
