This machine is equipped with three temperature control units: raw material storage tanks, full-circuit water jacket for metering pipelines, and mixing head body. Pouring parameters for each dashboard mold can be stored as independent formulas and called with one click during mold change, eliminating unreliable manual pouring and timing. The whole machine adopts split modular architecture. Tank volume can be selected according to actual consumption; mixing head cantilever or manipulator position can be flexibly adjusted to match mold orientation.
