Micro air bubbles trapped during raw material mixing will seriously reduce wear resistance and tear strength of solid tires. This machine can be equipped with tank vacuum degassing module and mixing head negative pressure defoaming system, which significantly reduces air content in mixed materials. The finished tire cross-section has no visible pores, effectively improving first-pass yield.
