Application Scenarios
Specially designed for epoxy resin casting of printing rollers, suitable for offset, gravure, flexographic, UV printing and other printing equipment. It can produce UV ink rollers, offset rollers and other special products, meeting the core requirements of high hardness, wear resistance, ink corrosion resistance, stable operation and uniform ink transfer in printing. The rubber layer has smooth surface and uniform hardness, ensuring clear printing patterns without ink leakage or scratches. It is suitable for high-speed printing production lines, can replace traditional polyurethane rollers, and improve service life and printing quality.
