Escenarios de aplicación
Used for producing OTR polyurethane + rubber particle solid tires. Two metering units directly extract polyurethane raw materials from IBC tanks. Rubber particles are quantitatively fed by a 500L hopper and screw conveyor, pre-mixed with polyurethane at the front of the screw pump, then injected into tires for filling, venting and pressurized curing.
