Specially designed for epoxy resin pouring of wind turbine blades, suitable for 1.5MW~10MW wind blades. It is used for resin pouring of key parts such as blade shell, web and root, compatible with glass fiber and carbon fiber reinforcements. It meets the core requirements of high strength, weather resistance, fatigue resistance and porosity-free for wind blades, and can withstand harsh outdoor conditions such as high/low temperature, strong wind and ultraviolet radiation for a long time, ensuring blade operation stability and service life, adapting to large-scale standardized production in wind power industry.

Principales ventajas

2A2B configuration with reinforcing additive tank, can add glass fiber and carbon fiber fillers. Blade tensile strength ≥350MPa, flexural strength ≥500MPa, excellent fatigue resistance, suitable for high-load wind power working conditions.

Large-flow stable pouring, suitable for 10~80m large-size blade molds, full filling without bubbles, uniform infiltration of resin and reinforcing materials, improving blade structural strength.

Compatible with amine/anhydride dual curing agents: amine for room temperature rapid pouring, anhydride for high-temperature high-strength molding, flexible process switching.

Precise temperature control and metering, uniform curing without deformation. The machine can run continuously for 24 hours to meet the mass production needs of wind turbine blades.
