1. Closed-Loop Flow Control, High First-Pass Yield

Traditional open-loop systems suffer from viscosity drop and flow drift as temperature rises during continuous operation, causing micro bubbles and even cracking on dashboard surfaces. This machine adopts Coriolis mass flowmeter for real-time monitoring and PLC adjusts servo motor speed to realize dynamic pressure compensation, fundamentally eliminating ratio drift risk and greatly reducing reject rate with precise dimensional consistency.

2. Three Independent Temperature Control Units, Ultra-High Batch Consistency

PU foaming is highly sensitive to temperature; tiny fluctuations directly change cream time, gel time and foam microstructure. This machine is equipped with three temperature control units: raw material storage tanks, full-circuit water jacket for metering pipelines, and mixing head body. It ensures stable material temperature throughout the whole process regardless of seasonal temperature changes, completely eliminating batch color difference and physical property fluctuation of automotive dashboards.

3. Full PLC Automation, Labor-Saving & Easy Operation

Adopts PLC controller with touch screen HMI. Pouring parameters for each dashboard mold can be stored as independent formulas and called with one click during mold change, eliminating unreliable manual pouring and timing. Workers can operate after short-term training, greatly reducing labor dependence and training costs.

4. Modular Design, Flexible Integration With Existing Lines

The whole machine adopts split modular architecture. Tank volume can be selected according to actual consumption; mixing head cantilever or manipulator position can be flexibly adjusted to match mold orientation. Modules can be disassembled and relocated independently during workshop layout adjustment, reserving flexibility for future line upgrade and reducing total life cycle ownership cost.
