At Haifeng’s R&D Lab, we bridge the gap between concept and commercialization. Our facility is equipped with a versatile range of high-pressure polyurethane metering units and discontinuous foaming lines. This “Pilot Plant” allows our clients to test raw material behavior, optimize mixing ratios, and trial different mix head configurations without interrupting their own production lines. We turn theoretical formulas into tangible foam products.

Quality polyurethane equipment starts with mechanical rigidity and precision. Our Mechanical Design Institute is seamlessly integrated with an advanced CNC machining workshop. This allows us to rapidly prototype customized mix heads and precision pumps in-house. By controlling the entire manufacturing process—from CAD design to 5-axis CNC machining—we ensure that every polyurethane foaming machine meets strict tolerance standards and maintains stability under high-pressure conditions.

Internally, we utilize simplified rapid testing instruments for immediate feedback on foam density, reaction profiles (cream/gel/tack-free time), and dimensional stability. For comprehensive certification, we partner with accredited external laboratories to conduct rigorous tests on thermal conductivity, compressive strength, and flammability, ensuring your PU insulation products meet international standards (ISO/ASTM).
