Haifeng Automation’s Polyurethane Equipment Production Center leverages industrial internet and IoT technologies to build a process-enabled smart factory, aiming to set a benchmark for lean manufacturing in the polyurethane specialized equipment industry. As a leading domestic “smart production base” for polyurethane equipment, it realizes full-process digital management and control as well as full coverage of 5G IoT.
Covering an area of approximately 15,000 square meters, the production plant specializes in manufacturing small and medium-sized polyurethane specialized equipment such as dual-color and dual-density casting machines and solvent-free coating machines. The factory is equipped with 3 special cranes of 2-10 tons, 2T simple hoist double small traveling cranes, and more than 50 large, medium and small processing equipment, including CNC lathes, 4-axis vertical machining centers, horizontal boring machines, wire-cut electrical discharge machines (DK7740), hydraulic shears, plasma cutting machines, high-precision universal cylindrical grinders, universal milling machines, radial drilling machines, etc.

The production base is equipped with precision processing equipment such as CNC lathes, vertical machining centers and horizontal boring machines, as well as forming equipment such as wire-cut electrical discharge machines and hydraulic shears; at the same time, it has special tool grinders and internal grinders to achieve high-precision processing of core components. In addition, the base is independently equipped with special tooling such as mixing head grinding equipment and raw material measurement and commissioning platforms, which can specifically meet the processing needs of core components of polyurethane equipment.
Furthermore, Haifeng Automation is equipped with a complete set of basic production and supporting equipment, including laser marking machines, hydraulic bending equipment, small lifting equipment, as well as a sound power transformation and power supply system; the production process strictly follows quality control standards.
