Leveraging Haifeng’s over 30 years of technical accumulation in the polyurethane field, we set up a dedicated R&D team to conduct in-depth research focusing on customers’ differentiated needs. Targeting different product types (tires, shoe materials, seats, components, etc.), application scenarios (mine heavy load, low-temperature environments, corrosive working conditions, etc.), and performance indicators (wear resistance, load-bearing capacity, temperature resistance, environmental protection, etc.), we carry out formula system R&D and process path optimization. Through multi-dimensional test verification (wear resistance test, pressure resistance test, aging test, etc.), we accurately match product functional requirements. Meanwhile, combined with customers’ existing production line conditions, we ensure high implementability of R&D results, breaking the industry dilemma of “disconnection between formulas and production”.
