Xi'an SAFE High-Speed Rail Polyurethane Pad Fully Automated Production Line Project

We provided full-process installation and commissioning services for Xi'an SAFE's high-speed rail polyurethane pad fully automated production line, helping the customer break through technical gaps in the polyurethane field and realize the transformation from manual production to fully automated mass production. Through customized installation plans and precise commissioning, we completed core equipment assembly, system linkage optimization, and mass production delivery within 3 months, with product consistency meeting the stringent standards of the high-speed rail industry.

Jiangxi Songji Intelligent Tire Casting Machine Production Line Upgrade Project

We completed the upgrade transformation, installation, and commissioning of intelligent casting machines for 4 bicycle tire production lines of Jiangxi Songji, solving problems such as insufficient precision and poor coordination of the original equipment. Adopting an off-peak construction mode, we completed equipment adaptation and installation, parameter calibration, and intelligent management and control platform docking within 45 days. The hourly output of a single device increased by more than 10%, the product qualification rate reached 99.5%, and the annual labor cost was saved by approximately 1 million yuan.
