The assembly line adopts an integrated design, which can be seamlessly connected with the HF-LPM-1A1B low-pressure foaming machine, realizing fully automated operations from raw material pouring, mold temperature control, forming and curing to cooling and demolding, greatly reducing manual intervention and improving production efficiency.

Equipped with multi-stage independent mold temperature control system, it can precisely adjust the mold temperature according to the characteristics of KPU raw materials, ensuring uniform and stable product forming, effectively avoiding defects such as material shortage, bubbles and deformation, and guaranteeing the yield of finished products.

It supports flexible configuration of 12/16/24 stations, adapts to customized molds of different specifications, and can quickly switch production of different styles of KPU products, meeting the production needs of multiple categories from small batches to scale.

The whole machine adopts a modular structure design, with key components selected from high-quality brand elements for stable and reliable operation. At the same time, standardized maintenance interfaces are reserved for easy daily inspection and maintenance, reducing long-term operation and maintenance costs.
