Application Scenarios

Specially designed for large-scale production of polyurethane rollers in the dyeing industry, widely suitable for key dyeing processes such as pad dyeing, printing and mercerizing. It can produce special rollers including pad dyeing rollers, printing rollers and mercerizing rollers. The machine adapts to high temperature and humidity dyeing conditions, ensures the rollers are acid and alkali resistant, dye resistant, and meets the production needs of high elasticity, wear resistance and uniform liquid transfer, improving the color uniformity of dyed products.
