Based on customized R&D achievements, we create an integrated production solution of “equipment + process + quality control”. According to customers’ production capacity plans and product specifications, we customize adaptive core equipment such as high/low pressure foaming machines, automatic disc casting equipment, and modular molds, paired with precision metering systems (measurement accuracy ≤±1%), to realize full-process automation of raw material mixing, casting, vulcanization/foaming, and testing. During production, we strictly follow standardized process specifications and integrate intelligent quality inspection and sorting systems to ensure a product qualification rate of ≥99%. Additionally, we support modular equipment upgrades to flexibly adapt to subsequent needs such as output improvement and function expansion, helping customers achieve low-cost and high-efficiency large-scale production.
