Dayu Machinery has successfully completed the full Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a custom automotive-grade solvent-free coating machine designed for our client in India. The entire assembly, testing, and commissioning procedure was carried out at our JiaShan manufacturing base from August 30 to September 7, 2026.
To ensure stable, precise, and standardized equipment performance that meets international automotive production requirements, our technical team conducted comprehensive inspections covering the complete machine assembly and systematic debugging. Core precision calibration procedures were fully implemented, including flow meter accuracy testing, flow ratio adjustment, viscosity verification, and scale flow calibration. All operational parameters were strictly controlled within standard tolerance ranges, fully complying with global industrial and automotive manufacturing specifications.
With all FAT test items fully approved and accepted by the customer, the equipment has been completely disassembled, professionally sorted, and packaged with export-standard protection. The machine is now fully prepared for shipment and upcoming installation at the customer’s production site in India.
